We matched the product to standard auction operations: sellers commit deliverables before an auction opens, bidders place funded bids with familiar proxy rules, auctions close on schedule, and settlement runs through escrow with a defined objection window. Operations staff manage disputes, accounting, and configuration from an admin portal.

We designed around the guard’s shift, the manager’s oversight needs, and the client’s reporting expectations. Guards start shifts in a mobile app, scan checkpoints within defined windows, and file geotagged incident reports with photos and video—even offline. Managers monitor compliance on a live map; clients see read-only activity for their sites.
